Kara's basis of training began in 1995 at Empire Beauty School and continued through various hair shows and seminars over the years, culminating in the foundation of Kara Salon. "I have wanted to become a hairstylist since I was 3, making people look and feel beautiful has always been my passion!"

Specailizing in the highest level of color fashion, precise cutting and known best for the "Kara Blowout."

Kara also offers nails, makeup and waxing services to give you complete perfection from head to toe. Kara's goal is to always meet and exceed your expectations on every level, with each visit. You will not be disappointed.

MELANIE - STYLIST

A 1998 graduate of Reading-Muhlenberg Vocational School. Melanie began her calling at just 17 years of age. As a master stylist, Melanie offers an array of sophisticated hair styles for both men and women.

She is recognized for her ability to create natural looks with high definition color techniques and is dedicated to creating beauty tailored to your lifestyle.
